Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and protective seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the exterior of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
